SUBSCRIPTION POLICIES:

Here at “The Brave Blonde” we don’t believe in charging you for a subscription to our website. Our intent is that you love the content we provide and wish to learn more! You may cancel at any time with zero hassle simply by unsubscribing. We want to make it easy on you - so those of you that opt in for the information we provide stay by choice! We also do not under any circumstance solicit or give away any private information including name, email address, billing information, payment information, etc.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:

Client is aware that this Company does not solve medical issues nor treat disease and is therefore not a replacement for client’s medical doctor, therapist or physician. If Client is presently under any form of psychiatric care, psychological therapy, specialized medical supervision or under the influence of any form of medication, Client is to inform Company prior to working together. If at any point in time a relationship between a customer and myself becomes inappropriate my service will end immediately. Refunds will not be applicable after purchase - as it is a service based business and not a product that can be refunded.

REFUNDS:

Refund services are not applicable for a coaching service, Client shall be responsible for the payment amounts, on the payment dates, agreed upon first payment. Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing private Services, we have a no refund policy on mentoring already delivered and you waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.  To cancel an ongoing agreement services, you must provide a written notice to thebraveblonde1@gmail.com. Assuming all current invoices are up to date, your agreement will be canceled within 30 days and no future charges will be made to your card. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds on previously delivered coaching for any portion of your payment.

FAILED PAYMENT:

In the event Client fails to make any of the payments within the time prescribed, Company has the right to immediately cease all work until payment in full is paid. In addition, should payment fail to be made within 30 days of the due date, in addition to all other amounts due hereunder, interest on the unpaid balance will accrue at a rate of 1% per month.
